1. About these terms

This website is operated by Redwave Zone Transport & Logistics Co. LLC (“Redwave Zone”, “we”, “us”), with its head office in Jeddah, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. By using the site or submitting a form, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Website information

The content on this website describes our services in general terms. It is provided for information only and is not an offer or a guarantee that a particular service, route, equipment type or timeline is available. Availability, scope and pricing are confirmed only after we review your specific shipment.

We take care to keep the site accurate and up to date, but we may change or remove content at any time without notice.

3. Enquiries and quotations

Submitting the Contact or Request a Quote form does not create a contract. A quotation is an estimate based on the information you provide and is valid only for the period stated in it.

Quotations may change if the shipment details differ from those provided, or if carrier rates, surcharges, port or terminal charges, customs duties, taxes (including VAT where applicable) or regulatory requirements change. A shipment is accepted only when we confirm it in writing.

4. Shipment services

Shipments we handle are governed by the written agreement or booking confirmation between you and Redwave Zone and by the trading conditions we provide at quotation or booking. If those documents conflict with these website terms, they prevail for the shipment in question.

5. Your responsibilities

When you request a service, you agree to:

• provide accurate and complete information about the cargo, including description, weight, dimensions, value, origin and destination;
• provide the documents needed for transport and customs clearance, and comply with Saudi customs, SABER, and other regulatory requirements that apply to your goods;
• declare dangerous, restricted or temperature-sensitive goods in advance and obtain any permits required;
• not ship prohibited goods, or goods that you are not legally entitled to ship;
• pack and label cargo suitably for the intended mode of transport.

You are responsible for the consequences of inaccurate or incomplete information, including delays, additional charges, fines or penalties.

6. Liability

We exercise reasonable care in providing our services. Our liability for a shipment is governed by the applicable service agreement, our trading conditions, and mandatory law, including any international conventions that apply by law to the mode of transport used.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for delay or loss caused by events outside our reasonable control, including customs or port congestion or inspections, carrier or terminal actions, changes in regulation, natural events, weather, war, or public-health measures.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Saudi law. The information on this website is provided “as is”, and we are not liable for loss arising from reliance on it in place of a confirmed quotation.

7. Acceptable use of the site

You agree not to use the site unlawfully; submit false, misleading or automated enquiries; attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site or its systems; or interfere with its operation or security.

8. Intellectual property

The content, design, text, images and brand of this website belong to Redwave Zone or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced or reused without our written permission. Names and logos of clients and partners shown on this site belong to their respective owners and are shown with their permission.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Subject to any different dispute-resolution provision in a written service agreement, the competent courts in Jeddah, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

These terms are provided in Arabic and English. If there is any difference between the two versions, the Arabic version prevails.
