Privacy Policy
Last updated: 20 September 2026. This policy explains what personal data Redwave Zone collects through this website, why we collect it, and the choices you have.

1. Who we are
Redwave Zone Transport & Logistics Co. LLC (“Redwave Zone”, “we”, “us”) is a logistics company with its head office in Jeddah, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. We are the party that decides how and why personal data collected through this website (redwaveintl.com) is used.
This policy is written to align with the Kingdom’s Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) and its implementing regulations.
2. What we collect
We collect only what you choose to send us through the forms and contact links on this site:
- Contact form: your name, email address and message.
- Request a Quote form: your name, company, email address and phone number, plus shipment details you enter (origin, destination, shipment type, service required, weight, volume, timeline and cargo details).
- Direct messages: anything you send us by email, phone or WhatsApp.
We do not ask for national ID numbers, payment card details or other sensitive personal data through this site, and ask that you do not enter them in free-text fields.
Like most websites, our hosting provider may keep basic technical logs (such as IP address, browser type and pages requested) for security and to keep the site running.
3. Why we use it
We use your data to:
- respond to your enquiry and communicate with you about it;
- prepare and provide quotations, and arrange the services you request;
- meet legal, customs, accounting and record-keeping obligations that apply to our business;
- protect the site and our systems against spam, fraud and misuse.
Our grounds for doing so are your consent (given when you submit a form), the steps needed to respond to your request or enter into a contract with you, our legal obligations, and our legitimate interest in running and securing our business where that does not override your rights.
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for marketing unless you have agreed to receive it. We do not make decisions about you by automated means.
4. Who we share it with
We share personal data only where needed for the purposes above:
- Form processing: form submissions are delivered to our inbox by FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), a third-party form-processing service.
- Shipment partners: carriers, agents, customs brokers, terminal and port operators, and warehouse or trucking partners, but only the details needed to carry out the shipment you request.
- Authorities: customs, regulators, courts or other public bodies where the law requires it.
- Google Fonts: when you load a page, your browser requests font files from Google’s servers, which receive your IP address.
- WhatsApp: if you use the WhatsApp button, the conversation is handled by WhatsApp under its own terms and privacy policy.
Each of these providers handles data under its own terms. We require our own service providers to protect the data they handle for us.
5. Transfers outside the Kingdom
Some of the providers named above may process data on servers outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Where personal data is transferred outside the Kingdom, we do so in line with the PDPL and the regulations on transferring personal data outside the Kingdom. By submitting a form on this site you acknowledge and consent to this processing.
6. Cookies and analytics
This website does not currently set advertising or analytics cookies. If we add analytics tools in future, we will update this policy and, where required, ask for your consent first.
7. How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and quotation data only as long as needed for the purposes above, including any period required by our accounting, customs and legal record-keeping obligations. After that we delete it or make it anonymous.
8. Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against loss, misuse and unauthorised access. No method of transmission over the internet or email is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Your rights
Under the PDPL you have rights over your personal data, including the right to be informed about how it is used, to access it and receive a copy, to ask us to correct it, to ask us to delete it, and to withdraw your consent where we rely on it.
To exercise any of these rights, email info@redwaveintl.com. We may need to verify your identity first, and we will respond within the time required by law. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the competent authority in the Kingdom (currently the Saudi Data and AI Authority, SDAIA).
10. Children
This website is intended for businesses and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed. Material changes will be highlighted on this page.
